		<description>Bloggers need to respect their readers.  Define a comment policy and stick by it.  None of this piecemeal crap where you pick and choose comments or banning or releasing of information or enforcing IP restrictions and the like.  Get a clear, across the board policy so folks know how you play ball and can interact.</description>
